» It's important to try new things, even if they aren't your cup of tea. As long as it agrees with your morals and ethics give it a shot and get out of your comfort zone. You may surprised at the results. I received an opportunity to evaluate a new workout this morning. It's called Clean Week. I won't go into all the details, but you can get some from the picture. The workout is actually 32 minutes with a warm up and cool down. It was effective, and efficient and I can't wait to introduce you all to it in future online fitness groups.
