Hey everybody...as most of you know I have been highly devouted to Beachbody workouts...2 iterations of P90X, in which I shed 30 lbs going from 198 to 165. I then bounced right into Insanity which was amazing, and got me to new heights of cardio, and sustaining high intensity exercise, or running. Well now it is time to step it up to another level....the new workout of choice...Insanity - The Asylum.
I created a facebook event: 30 Day Asylum Fitness Challenge we invited many, and the select valiant few stepped forward. We are now on a journey, of a quest of new heights in our fitness. My wife and I are 2 of the participants...of course I would be involved, I created the event!
