» » Army PT in the bag! Bet you all didn't know there are fitness trainers in the ARMY, MFTs (Master Fitness Trainers) We send them to a course to learn and implement the PRT program within their respective units. Today ours wasn't able to attend, but his backup put us through an improvised circuit consisting of Kettlebell swings, Oblique V-ups, Weighted Arm circles, Elevated Pushups, Weighted Mason Twists. Each one for one minute, AMRAP (As many reps as possible), repeated 4 times. Then we followed that by a 20 minute stationary bike ride. Pretty good for a Sunday morning! PT complete!
