Had an amazing day. Accomplished many tasks at the J.O.B., should be beginning to train a new person this next week, I expect that this will give me added incentive to focus very intently with my business, so that in the next 6-8 months I can pass the torch, and work for myself.

I also had a great evening with the kids and my wonderful wife, and then was able to attend an amazing webinar that was hosted by Practical Social Media what an amazing guy Steven MacDonald imparted a lot of information, if you haven't looked at the above site I suggest you visit the link check what they have to show and also what they have to say about the trends of places like Facebook, and Twitter the internet in general...its staggering what is going on currently. Once they open up your eyes to the staggering facts, they begin to teach you how to harness the power of them and google...and youtube to gain momentum in your business. I'm so freakn on fire with the knowledge I'm gaining and ready to explode!

I am looking for a few others to share with what is happening, to get on a mission to accomplish more in the next year than you have ever thought possible. Question is will you stand on the sidelines and watch it happen or will you get involved with me, and my team, as we take it to the masses....600 million people on Facebook...how many will be your new friend, business partner, customer. Who's life will you touch, that may be looking for you. And when you find them, how will you help them? What options do you currently have that will allow you to help them? I have some of those answers, and I'm ready to share them.

Well I must say that I am loving seeing, hearing and talking to people who have a passion to take care of their bodies! What an amazing group of people I've been surrounded by as of recently.

My wife and I have taken enormous strides to better ourselves physically, mentally and socially. The dynamics have changed so much in our life recently, and just like the vision of land that Christopher Columbus had...I have a similar vision, but my relates to see monumental changes in others....seeing them get fit, both physically and financially. The opportunity of a lifetime at some of our finger tips.

I hope you all have stuck to your guns for your "New Years Resolutions" I'm still writing mine down daily, and working towards them in some manner everyday. You can do it....anything and everything you ever wanted if you write it down and focus intently on accomplishing it can and will happen, I guarantee it.

I am heading out to the WOWY Supergym....getting a late workout in, I love it, but I hate it!

Well I've begun the trek of Round 2 of P90X, as of yesterday, thus I have one Chest and Back and an Ab Ripper workout done, and this morning I completed my Plyometrics...also know as PLOWWWWYYY!!! Thats what my dinky little calves say when I'm doing Hot Foot. I'm doing the classic version, with increased weight...and even the weight that I just upped to may not be enough, to give me the results I'd like to see at the end, Sports Authority, or Dicks' I may be coming to visit you. I've upped my weights, and I've got the diet in effect. Thanks to the Team Beachbody Club join the club for an amazing treasure trove of info, or get the free account which limits your access but gives you the option to register daily for a free drawing of up to 2000 dollars! Now thats what I'm talking 'bout! LOL I love that show Despicable Me, if you haven't seen it, sit down and watch it...with or without your kiddos, time well spent!

There are so many good things happening in life right now, opportunities that will allow my wife and I to focus on building something of our own. We are grateful for our family, our friends, and our followers, and look forward to sharing the news of life, and our pursuit to change ourselves, help others who want to change, and influence people with the power of love, and coaching.

Hey all! I haven't posted for a few days, as I have been out of town, without internet...well I guess I could have posted via my cell phone...but whatever....the funeral was sad, but it was good. I'm glad to know that my step-father is without pain any longer...and that he is resting in peace and in the presence of our Lord. Until we meet again Keven, keep the smile and always laugh. I just need to update you that P90X 1st Iteration was officially over on Sunday! What an amazing experience for my wife and I. I am going to start over with the next 90 days, and my gorgeous wife is going to complete Brazilian Butt Lift and I believe she is going to start TurboFire come February 1, with a workout group...I think she is trying to get that organized and the location locked in. I want to start 2011 off right by setting realistic goals for myself, my business, and my teams focus...and put them in writing to see everyday. Visualizing my goals helps me to stay committed and hopefully achieve success.

I must admit I have many goals I want to accomplish this year with family life, income, fitness, nutrition, time management, business, relationships, and self-improvement.

A winner is someone who recognizes his God-given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses these skills to accomplish his goals.

Below are a few that I think are key:

1) Fitness goals:
• Complete a 2nd round of P90X with P90X+ (round 2 starts in less than 2 weeks). and my wife has committed to finishing P90X with me in addition to starting Brazil Butt Lift yesterday for an evening workout. I have had amazing success with P90X but it is time to take it up another notch and ensure my diet is more strict to achieve complete success Finding fitness programs that motivate me and my wife through effective results and interest is powerful, the opportunity to share that is explosive!
• Add another program - Insanity, perhaps Turbo Fire, P90X One on One
• Recruit additional people to get involved to keep me accountable and have fun.
• Exercise 6 days a week to reduce my stress, improve my mood and stay fit.
2) Nutrition:
• Follow meal plans included in workouts to ensure max performance, and also results
• I've been lacking on drinking enough water throughout the day, so increasing my water intake is a must, consuming at least 64 ounces. (Keep Yellow Mug FULL)
• Shakeology once a day....my energy levels in all aspects have improved, and I expect that my overall health will continue to increase.
3) Time Management:
• Write daily to-do lists and PRIORITIZE.

• Set time limits on tasks and stick to them.

I love helping people, the minimal risk involved has allowed many to excel and become something they could have never imagined. I commit to motivate and inspire others, as I truly believe to get what you ultimately want you must push up others to get there.
• I commit to my own health and fitness goals, through working through P90X, Insanity, and other new options. I will in turn learn many new things about myself.

5) Relationships:
• Spend quality time nurturing my personal relationship with my gorgeously hot wife, and 2 beautiful children
• Spend time growing business relationships, but never let it become a deterrent from my family.
• Prioritize my time with family, friends and successful mentors.
• Surround myself with positive people.
• Protect myself from the negative and strive for a positive attitude and energy by staying clear of negativity.

6) Self-Improvement: Life is not only about finding yourself, it's about CREATING yourself!
• Attend weekly Church Services, and attend to callings in an expedient manner.
• Embrace change and opportunities.
• Smile, say hello, and acknowledge those around me, ever expanding my sphere of influence.
• Read a book or more a month for the year 2011.

These are my goals to get started for 2011, feel free to take them and make them yours. I know that he or she who disciplines themselves and keeps going will gain the ultimate rewards of success! I stand ready to commit to the above goals, to stay focused and intent and the rewards that will come. I will accept no excuses, and I will succeed!
